Benefits
- Each hose is color coded for easy identification and resistance to sun and ultraviolet
light.
- Spiralite is lighter than comparable rubber hoses.
- Spiralite is manufactured using only virgin PVC
providing a clean, non-marking hose.
- Spiralite's low temperature hose is compounded for
maximum flexibility even at temperatures as low as -30 F
- Spiralite has almost unlimited versatility in
application: oil, water, acid, alkalis and many food products.
- Spiralite food grade is completely clear for visual
inspection of material and smooth bore resists the entrapment of contaminants, and is
simple to sanitize. Our compound meets FDA criteria for food handling applications.
Acceptable to U.S.D.A.
- Our rigid PVC helix has high impact and crush resistance.
- Spiralite offers a cost saving over rubber hoses and
can replace rubber hoses in most applications except high heat and pressure.
- The close tolerance inside diameter of bore makes coupling easier than competitive
brands.
- Spiralite is flame resistant. Although it will burn
initially the hose is self extinguishing after a very short period of time.
Spiralite Construction Features
- HELIX: Compounded of rigid PVC to resist impact and crushing.
- WALL AND COVER: Simultaneously extruded of a high density polymer by patented process to
ensure maximum abrasion and ozone resistance. Hose is non-rotting and mildew proof.
- TUBE: Smooth bore will not trap contaminants and provides higher flow rates than
comparable hoses.
